  1. What's it ? It is a terrestrial animal, a mammal.

  2. Where is it native?The giant panda is native to south central China.

  3. Where does it live? It lives in a few mountain ranges or in captivity.

  4. How is it? It is black and white. The panda has a thumb and five fingers.

  5. How long do they live? The typically panda lives around 20 years if they are wild, and more than 30 years in captivity.

  6. What does it eat? It is mainly herbivorous and also eat-- fish. in general it eats bamboo.

  7. Do they hibernate? They don't hibernate, so they move to warmer places.

  8. Are they docile? Though the panda is often docile, but we know that they attack the humans.

  10. Where did the name come from? The name "Panda" come-- from the Nepali word ponya.

*Interesting detail: the panda is classified like a carnivoran but its diet are vegetables.

The giant panda is danger of disapearing. If we don't do anything they can disapear in few years.


Personal Opinion:
In our opinion the panda is a beautiful animal, that is in danger but if we help them, we'll get that they survive.
